General Requirements:

-50ml sp minimum but we encourage to apply even with less, everything will be judged case by case.
-PVP experience, we're not a training corp, extra credits for solo pvp,and good kb history.
-Extra points if you fly a carrier and own it, super extra points are gained for dreads supers etc.
-Be able to fly majority of our alliance doctrines.
-Working mic, ts3 is mandatory as well presence in it if you in game.
-A non-annoying voice and have the ability to shut your mouth when appropriate. Chatter is chatter, fleetcomms are fleetcomms.
-We are mature pvpers, please be the same.
-Proof of activity. We don't need dead weight here, if you not on for a week withouth a good justification you are out.
-Full security API keys for all your accounts. When your app is picked up, your recruiter will ask for these.
-Attitude
-Fc experience are a good bonus
-Be self sufficient regards isk income and logistic are also highly evaluated.

BL is a blast. Everyone fights VAF is the logistical side of it but as I said Everyone fights. Cap kills, Small gang roams. we make the positive kill boards happen. 90% of BL ships are fitted and hauled into the front line by us. We fuel the tides of war in our favor. BL is the cutting edge because we follow directions and find weaknesses in other fleet comps.
