Why are you lugging around 4 types of ammo?

If you rat, you only need 1 type.
If you mission, you carry rat specific type, leave other 3 types in the station.

A lot of missions have several different types of rats that can show up. I know what type of rat I am fighting when I arrive, not before.

Are you serious?

LOL
The contents of the mission has been known and published on the internetz for YEARS!

QFT LITERALLY YEARS

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

im pretty sure 8-10 times the mission description will tell you what rat you will be up against

There's also usually an insignia next to the mission location information that you can look at in the event the the agent's spiel doesn't include the enemy faction (it's blank space if the enemy force is mercenaries or drones).

Keep in mind OP that part of the problem may be that you are very vague in your questions as well.

for examlpe, what ship are you using? Why do you carry the mobile depot (may not be needed)

How many cap booster charges do you go through per mission (can help figure out how many you even need to carry).

To be fair a mission like Stop the Informant has three kinds of rats:
Drones in first room.
Mercenary cruisers (blue background) and some bs (red background) in second room.

thats true also,
however regarding the op, capbooster 800bpo+ r&d/a mad scientist friend = faction capboosrers .i.e smaller m3

also , eve's population of arseholes is directly proportional to the ease with which one is wound up.

I can't figure out where you could possibly be missioning where you would need all that crap.

Why do you have the depot? Fit your ship before you leave, there are no missions where you need to refit partway through.

It's been said but bears repeating: look at the rats in the mission description. Don't carry so many different types of ammo.

I personally don't ever do missions with cap boosters, or ASBs if that's what you're using. Maybe if you're low skilled they're necessary? Just cuts into your profit margin.

it is also trivial to tank. you can pull one group at a time so incoming dps is minimal.

You can also just not use cap boosters

Something like this will work and it's cap stable. The only thing expensive is the deadspace shield booster at about 230 mil. If you change to a T2 shield booster the cap goes down to 7 minutes so you would have to manage cap a little better.

Interesting how people have gotten so off-topic in regards to a simple question: Is there a more efficient way to store cap boosters in cargo?

seams like a legit answer to your question.

Should you be carrying cap booster? no. but if you really want to continue doing things badly then the way you carry cap boosters is one of the only ways

Most of the replies weren't off topic but directly related to you needing to store more cap boosters.

You didn't think it was possible to know what rats would be in a mission so you had your cargo overfull with ammo. People explained how you didn't need all this ammo and this allowed you to carry more cap boosters.

Your reply to this was saying you would "ignore you and/or flag your post" and called people names that were turned into *'s by the lovely word filter.

I posted a fit that eliminated the need for cap boosters all together thus helping you with the problem.

Sorry no one was able to give you a magic way to carry more cap boosters but most of the posts were helpful if you actually read them. If anyone pulled this thread off topic it was you threatening to flag peoples posts or calling them names when they were giving you valid help. If you act this way towards people trying to help you it just makes things more difficult. Yes people in Eve can be jerks due to the nature of the game but it also has one of the most helpful communities out there of any game.

Yeh, you helped me a lot. It's the tone of some of the other players that is unnecessary, but eh who cares, play on. E-peen rules all.
