Market speculation on the next expansion

My speculation is that one of the next things that will be opened to high sec pilot's use is moon mining. This will of course become available in high sec at much reduced levels compared to low sec. I think the market reaction will be similar to what happened when the asteroid changes were implemented in the Odyssey. It is interesting times that we live in, isn't it.

CCP's sand box is EVE Online.  The sand is owned by CCP.  We pay them a monthly fee to throw the sand at each other.  That is all that is here, so move along. Nothing more to be seen.

You seem to be confused about what market speculation actually is. Market speculation is taking small (or sometimes large) bits of data, such as comments from CCP, information from the Chaos server, things like that, and making an educated judgement on what markets will do based on that.

What you're doing is more like market WAGing... wild ass guessing. Lol

I believe that the next patch will increase the price of tech 2 ammo. You should prepare for it by buying my entire stockpile at 170% of Jita price.

I would have thought more WAHing: Wild Ass Hoping. Also what practitioners sound like when their attempts go belly up.

My guess is ... something I won't say till I have more of it.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.  - William Pitt

Yes, I was making a WAG. However, I do find it now of some interest that a member of the CSM would bother to take a swipe at my WAG. None the less thank you for at least considering this as possible.

I think T3s will get nerfed to the ground and Sleepers will replace asteroids in high sec thus reducing their total build cost to around 50-90m Bear.

Perhaps high-sec moons will be rich in tin.

The fact that you read anything other than raw, unbridled disdain from my post, to say nothing of taking it to be "considering it as possible", is actually even more laughable than the original concept itself.

meanwhile, all of the above posts are bearing truth in their words. If I were you, I'd spread the risk and buy a bit of everything of the above.

It is good to see that both being a goon and a CSM member hasn't let you loose a good sense of humor. I do hope you enjoyed a good roaring laugh at my humble reply.

I have heard of '' verry often'' or ''not so often'' or ''more often'' but hilariously often .... that one is new to me.But then i'm dutch so wtf do i know about the english language.

And OP if mynna wasn't a goon or a csm member he would be just as right about your ''statement'' , so it's rather irrelevant/odd to talk about his goon/csm membership instead of the point he raised.

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.

It's like saying that something's magically delicious.

Anyway, here's what what I think every time I talk to an Atlantean Dutch person.

English is notorious for its curious "turns of phrase" (*) and, as a living language with no shortage of mostly illiterate practitioners, constantly develops new ones. Witness the previously cited "magically delicious".

I make no attempt to defend the OP's OP, but there's an almost reasonable point to be made that a person of Mynnna's stature could be expected to be especially diplomatic in her responses.

I said *almost* reasonable!

(*) Is there any another language where you can watch your house burn up as it burns down?
