Venture masteries inconsistence

Hi, i'm making this post to point out some inconcistency in the venture mastery flow from mastery L3 and onwards.

It requires ice mining, and we all know the venture can't fit ice miners! So to be able to acquire a mastery L5 on the venture you'd need to go after useless skills for this particular hull!

Fair enough. Seems like a bug though, might want to try to report it that way, since it's clearly incorrect.
