Cap continues to drain after jumping into a system?

While roaming about last night from the Bleak Lands up to Pure Blind, Twice my Moa would start to hemorage Cap upon jump in.

The first time I noticed it was jumping into Auga, and I assumed that the MWD had stuck on from the previous system.

- The capacitor would drain over time to 0. Then the capacitor would regenerate and not be reduced while initiating warp.

I sat in Auga for a while for the Cap to recharge. Ensured I didn't use any modules and continued the journey.

I noticed no other issue until I landed in RQH up in Pure blind, when the same thing happend again. I jumped in, and my capacitor started to drain. I warped to a location in the system, and noticed that the warp did not remove any cap.

I watched the cap hit zero, then start recharging, I warped back across the system and did not notice any affect on cap, it just kept going up.

Before the cap had filled up completely, when I landed, I used my MWD and my cap continued to increase.

The MWD behaviour looked very much like the infinite MWD on drakes we used to see in big fights.

When cap filled up. Behaviour returned to normal. Initiating warp caused cap loss, jumping into the next system didn't begin a cap drain.

I'm not sure if this is normal or not for sisi, so asking here if anyone else has seen this?

Unless CCP has said it's a feature assume that any abnormal behavior on SiSi compared to TQ to be a bug. You need to make a bug report about it no matter what other players have experienced or reported, since additional well made reports help CCP track down the issue faster.

Will do then;

I will try to replicate it again tonight to get more specific details if it happens again.

Just didn't want to jam another bug-report in only due to sisi oddities such as more lag.

Hi! I am not 100% sure, but this is very likely a bug, which was introduced a few days ago in combination with Time Dilation. Please reply to this thread with the system-name, if it happens again on Singularity, so that we can verify if it is indeed related to Time Dilation. A bug report (include my name in the title) with logs would also be helpful, for the case that it is not related to Time Dilation.
