WTB - Moon to anchor POS in the Citadel

Good day all,
I have been looking for an empty moon to anchor our new High sec POS at with no luck.
My preferred system is Sankkasen, however I would be interested in moons in Waira, Halaima, Kamio and Uotila as well.
I have looked at all moons in these systems and there are quite a few that have POS's anchored to them but are offline. If anyone is the owner of said offline POS's in any of the above listed systems I am very interested in taking one off your hands.
