As topic shows, am in the market for a new alt.

Preferred:
25m sp min, 75m sp max (right price may get around these limits)
Gallente bias (ships and standings)
Good Hybrid skills
Good Armor skills
Good Drone skils
Suitable for T2 Frigate pvp, Cruisers and above a bonus but not required.
