Don't know any American game that comes even close to EVE and if american devs are so much cooler why dont they just do a better version of EVE?
And for the 'advanced' american way of thinking: No, we dont need a gun in our pod to let our children shoot other children, we've been through that 'everyone needs to be armed to not be afraid at night'-stage about after we passed the 1900-mark.

I did get a Youtube comment a while back on one of my videos complaining that the FC wasn't American.
I'm American myself and that sentiment is just dumb. Jingoism only makes you look stupid.

cause if it was american it would be pay to win with golden bullets and instawin devices available for 20 bucks a pop, it would be f2p with 1/3rd the content and no new content ever, and wouldnt last a year.

or it would be wow, and everyone would complai9n cause everywheres highsec and the uber guards kill all the pvp

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, [u]please[/u] give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.
