...for a recon to cross this system?

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

eight or nine, significantly less with the warp optimizer rigs

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Isn“t there a theory about a hitherto undiscovered planet in our solar system as well that is so far out to be unperceivable?

Edit: That is Tyche, apparently.

My recon, max warp range without warp rigs: 160.25 AU

so 650/160.25 = 4.05 warps at full capacitor

Edit: With Warp Drive Operation 5

How would you warp to it? Is a planet that's 650 AU away a warpable target for an EVE ship?

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

I don't think there's an upper limit for warpable planets in EVE, you can always see all of them, even in W-space.
