I moved to Amarr when the expansion launched. Stuff might cost a little more, but its worth it not to constantly have trouble getting into the Hub.

You get better prices on sansha related crap in Amarr plus the locals are cool. And Providence is real close.

To be honest, I figured it was becoming rarer. I haven't been there in years but I've not seen as many threads like this one lately. Perhaps it's just that people have had other stuff to complain about and it's still closed on a regular basis.

What puzzles me is, how can be Jita performance be deteriorating if both PCU and system population are stable? What?

2,200 people in Jita are not something new. TiDi and closed gates because of 2,200 people in Jita are a unwelcome novelty.

Might be that CCPs strike on bots had a slightly odd side effect.

Same numbers but less chat bots means more actual players who do other stuff than just spamming local (which isn't putting much load on the node).
