Hi fellow capsuleers!

This is a Greasemonkey-plugin that I wrote to download setups in.cfg/.xml format directly from the Battleclinic and eve-kill Killboards. Time to share and care!

For this plugin to work, you need the suitable monkey for your browser:

Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/
Opera: https://addons.opera.com/nb/extensions/details/violent-monkey/?display=en
Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo
Internet Explorer: Same procedure as every time you reinstalled your OS - http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Download+Web+Browser

What does it do?
When you load a killmail at the battleclinic/eve-kill killboards, you get a couple of links below the ship image in the fitting/loadout-window (you know, the fancy one with all the images of modules and stuff?). The links should read something like "Download as .cfg" and "Download as .xml".

Then what?
When you click the .cfg link, you get prompted to save "Ship Name".cfg. Do so, and then put the setup (content) of it into the ship's corresponding setup in your /eft/setups/ folder. If you have no setups with that ship allready, you can just copy-paste the whole file. Boot EFT, and you got it :).

When you click the .xml link, you get prompted to save "Pilot's Ship Name".xml. Do so, and then put the entire .xml file into your /My Documents/Eve/fittings/ folder. Boot EFT, and use the regular XML Import function there to import the setup.

When you do it the XML way, you can also import the setup into your fittings into the Eve fitting management as well as into your fittings in EFT. Very cool.

Install it when prompted to, obviously...

Also, for the auto-update to work (if you even want it to), you have to disable the required ssl for updates in greasemonkey, since I'm way too stingy to pay for an SSL certificate...

Feel free to post any feedback in this forum topic! If there are any requests, I can probably have a look at them :).

Since this apparantly never hit it off, I implemented support for eve-kill.net, and also exporting to XML as well as cfg :).

After looking around in eve, it seems most people use eve-kill.net these days...
