Looking for a character that specializes in pvp, with strong spaceship command, gunnery, and drones

Don't care about battleship skills

Looking for t2 and t3 cruiser and t2 battlecruiser

12B budget

Sorry gunnery and spaceship command skills make up for it. Those armor and shield skills wouldn't take long to train. 14b is lowest I would go
