One Man Corp LF Alliance To Anchor A Research POS

As the title says i only need a moon to set a pos for research. There are lots of good corps to join but i cant risk the BPOS.Low Sec, Null Sec or W-Space does not matter i can do my own logistics.

What i need is:

1) Protection of my POS.I cant protect it on my own.
2) Only one moon just for research POS. No need of any moon materials.
3) Friendly and empathic atmosphere

What i can offer

1) My friendship
2) Happy chit chat
3) Reasonable tax like 75m per week if i can compensate it from PI
4) I can give my "All Yellow" Full API Key if you tell me what exactly you are looking for in people's FULL API Keys

Thank You All for your kind and helpfull feed backs. I am still keeping the idea to establish a one man corp for the research operations.No safe moons in the game for a research POS ?

I'm looking for the same thing, it seems to me that there aren't too many High Sec alliances interested in setting up High Sec Research Labs. I think some might be afraid because they saw what happened to ZZZ and New Eden, how they were attacked by the Goons, but the truth is they were attacked by the Goons, because they had grown to over 500 Members. Goons are not interested in going after small alliances with minimal number of members.
