I am a current EVE player with one Character. I recently was given ( transfered ) through the legal way to my acct.

1. Will it be on one account (same acct) or seperate accts?


2. Am I able to run both toons at the same time, and if so How?

3. How does training work if it is on the same account?


Basically I wanted an extra character for mining and hauling for my main character to have on at the same time. Doing this Character transfer will it allow me to do this? If not what can I do to be able to do this?

If you want to use two characters at the same time, you'll need two accounts. Only one character per account can be active at once. You can train multiple characters if you activate multiple character training, but it costs a plex each month per additional training queue. It's really better to have two separate accounts so you can use them at the same time and pay the cheaper subscription fee. You can create a new account and transfer your new character there for a one time fee.

TLDR:

1. Same account
2. No
3. Activate multiple character training

Don't forget the buddy invite option if you plan to make a new account.

1. A character transfer is from one (paying) account to another (paying) account.
So, if you got a character transferred to your account, it will be on the same account.

2. No, you can only run one toon per account. If you want to run both toons at the same time, you need to create a second account and have the second character transferred to the second account.

3. By default, you can only train one character per account, if you want to train your second character, you have to first log in to your first character, pause training, then log back to your second character and start training him.
You can, however, pay extra to have two (or even all three) characters training on the same account. It's 1 extra PLEX or an extra 20$ for 30 days of dual character training. (Double that for triple character training.)

4. If you want to have both online at the same time, you need to create a second account and create a new character there (or transfer one of your existing characters to the new account - which costs 20$ or 2 PLEX). Which means that you will have to pay two subscriptions. To create the second account, either use the buddy program to invite yourself (3 months for the price of one) or the "Power of Two" promotion (6 months for the price of 3).
