I see I am getting my daily dose of a 23.18 megabyte patch.

While I have unlimited cable connections, I do feel for those with limited bandwidth amounts.

Well thanks for such an informative and useful post.

Jint Hikaru - Miner / Salvager / Explorer / SpaceBum In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Patch notes for EVE Online: Rubicon 1.0.9

I get 10Gb a month and it costs me $66 with no roll over (of course not). If I go over my limit it's $10 per Gb. Living in the middle of the woods isn't as awesome as I thought it would be. Roll On the upside, between 12am-5am it doesn't use my data.

Hey pot, leave that kettle alone

As to OP, since Rubicon the game has been patched 5 or more times, I haven't been counting. This is very abnormal for a subscription game and while it only causes a minor delay at getting in-game, I do have to wonder "Jeeze, guys, can you try putting more than 1-2 bug fixes in each patch?" Lately I have to have a patch 3-4 times a week I try to log in :) with all due respect "get it together, please" though I know you have to do what you have to do, take this as a sign that someone needs to step up their testing or planning diligence.

All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. "Dear CCP, please stop fixing your game so I don't have to spend 15 seconds downloading a patch every once in a while."

EVE is a game about spaceships and there's an enormous amount of work to do on the in-space gameplay before players (or developers) are ready to sacrifice it for a totally new type of gameplay - CCP Rise
