Where do i go for customer service?

Ok i have a problem where i can not log into my acct's for some reason i logged on to a trial account first and then tried logging on to a paying account after logging out of the trial, but it seems eve thinks that trial is still logged on, and will not let me log onto any other account.

that being said i put a ticket in yesterday, and no response, so basically i can not play game for a day now, is there a technical forum, or any where else you can go, when cpp doesnt get back to you?

yes numerous times, also ran a virus scan.

also went into see what programs were running, shut down all unimportant, eve was not one of them that were running.

Not sure if it will do anything but you can also try to run the repair tool while you wait.

Ok going on 36 hours still no cpp help:)

i deleted the game from my comp, and reinstalled it.

I still have the same problem, cpp still thinks I am logged on to the one trial account i logged on yesterday.

I think this is an issue they will have to deal with on there end, whenever the decide to help.

ok not to sound critical of CPP, but why should i have to wait that long?

they should have a better system in place were they can weed out the tickets.

Or have a gm monitored technical forum.

Just saying they could try a little harder

EVE has close to 500.000 subscriptions.

Do you think that you are the only person who files a petition.

Petitions are added to the queue when they are filed. They are handled using FIFO. So the oldest petition is solved first...eventually yours will come up.

The correct petition category can also speed stuff up as that way it will end up with the right GM department to start with.

I would say that if 36 hour queue times means lost subscriptions, which could end up being the case here, then it might be worthwhile for them to add staff so they can resolve issues quicker.
