LP stores not working on sisi???

are the LP not supposed to be working on sisi cause they are not. LP is earned and faction module is purchased however the LP goes away and the t1 module goes away but the shiny new faction mod never makes it into the hanger...is this just sisi mechanics or is there a bug??? I swear i was able to buy this stuff before.

Hi!
LP store is broken since a few days, i bought 3 5% warp speed implants and none of them got delivered.
However i bought the same implant last week with my main, and it got delivered

This will be fixed on Singularity tomorrow (or whenever the next patch will be after today). Unfortunately we have missed the reports about this being broken on Singularity, so it also broke on TQ (we managed to fix it live within 2 hours). Oops
