Theft Tracking "stealboard"

You would think with all the stealing/theft in EVE, CCP would have created a board similar to the killboards that tracks theft... stealboard or similar name.

CCP doesn't make killboards, players do. There's nothing preventing you from making a 'theftboard'. Go make it if you want one.

With killmails and killboards mucking up the gameplay (killmail whoring, for example) we don't need another mechanism like what we currently have for trolling.

And yes, I'm also all for removing killmails or severely limiting the amount of information they contain as well.
