LP store bought items not appearing - overview settings not saving - all settings deleted

I have 3 open petitions now, it's like my client is haunted.

I bought implants from Concord for 270.000 LP, they never appeared in hangar or anywhere else. Cleared cache, no effect

I have tried many times to change my overview settings, they just get rolled back on each login. Cleared cache, no effect.

A few days ago, all my settings suddenly got reset to default. I didn't touch any buttons on the launcher except login and I didn't go anywhere near a reset button ingame. Was playing, logged out, came back a few hours later, all settings gone.
I googled a supposed fix that would make them come back, deleting some file with a tilde in it, didn't work.


Also, since rubicon, my laptop crashes when playing Eve or feels very slow even when it says fps is at 60. Running in dx9 didn't help. Playing on my 8 year old desktop now, which is alot smoother than my 2 year old laptop.

I'd appreciate any help in any of these issues.

LP issue is known, we have fixed it live and are working on returning you your funds now.

Next time if you need Concord LP go and earn them, do instead of stealing them from poor hard-working capsuleers :P

If you tried to purchase an LP item between downtime and 12:30 today and it failed, then you should have been automatically reimbursed your ISK, LP and any required items at around 5:30 today.

If you suspect this is not the case then please send in a petition for our GM staff to check.
