Just tried using Integrated Twitch, and all the resolution options forces my client to change resolution to something lower than I normally use. I normally use 1920x1080, but the max is like 1600x1024 in the Twitch broadcast, which forces my client to resize it's resolution, which is very annoying. Maybe I am doing something wrong? If this is meant to be, then it is kind of lame since you cannot use your monitor's native resolution to broadcast via the Eve Client Twitch integration.

Twitch's problem, not CCP's.

We are restricted in what resolutions we can offer based on the twitch SDK

We are not looking to compete with out of client broadcasting tools, but rather give people a taste. We want to see what kind of interest there is in the feature and then build on that.

We would like to allow players to stream a resolution independently of their clients resolution, but as a first implementation this was scoped out.

You can expect more details in a Dev Blog which should be out soon.

Ah, so I am the dumb one for not reading through the comments on the dev blog, lol. Thanks Abdiel. I read through the dev blog about it, but didn't bother with the comments section. Whelp, guess it sucks on Twitch's end. Big smile
