CCP when you put the audio notifications in for shield, armor, hull dmg it was at the time one of the best things you've done in a while.

Can you put more notifications in for other stuff, like Warp Scrambling / Webbage, etc?

It is nice to leave the audio notifications on and loud. There have been a few times where I have gotten up from my computer thinking I hit the warp button only to hear the notification that my shields are about gone...

yea I would like more buzzing noises please. nothing says I'm in a spaceship combat than warning noises P

Noises for:

* New person in the system
* Being Locked
* Capacitor is ALMOST empty.
* Private Message - Dear god how many chats I've missed because I've never seen them open by themselves.

The warp core interferes with certain audio cues in the ship making their development extremely challenging you see.

It took thousands of man hours decrypting Sleeper clock radios stolen from W-space sites. Many engineers laid their lives down reverse engineering them simply to provide the shield, hull and structure warnings we have now. Be thankful for what you have you heartless techno-freak.

That and everyone knows only wizards can do it.

If anyone ever looks at you and says,_ "Hold my beer, watch this,"_  you're probably going to want to pay attention.

Just so long as there's a limit to how many times it can play in a given time. That could get REALLY annoying.

Especially the "Connecting.."

There's a reason why computer voices are usually female. They're easier to understand in less-than-perfect listening conditions. This goes for voice-menu systems, phone-company recordings, and so on IRL, so it makes sense to have female voices in EVE too.

*edit* But I guess having it as a user-selectable option would be okay.

Some other notification sounds I'd like:

- Fleet broadcast (eg: target broadcast, warp to, etc). Just a ping or something.

I thought it was odd that they would add alerts for shield, armor, and hull, but leave out capacitor...

Would love to hear soft notification for new messages or someone private messaged you online.
Sometime when I am running the client in the background helps.

As long as there are some customisation in place I am sure it will please everyone white what they
really want and don't want to have.
