Just thought I'd ask this question whilst still searching for info elsewhere, I am in a WH and i can't find any Customs Offices, does Player PI force one to spawn and can I put up a POCO before one spawns without having to bash it.

I have just learnt that placing a starport on a virgin planet spawns the interbus customs offce. So can I put down a Player Owned Customs Office (POCO) before I place a starport/lauchpad preventing the spawn of the Interbus CO.

Will pay mega iskies for a starport I can place on a planet full of virgins - have isk ready naow!

N.B. Starport must have a pre stocked bar
