If the race and bloodline choices at character creation affect the characters starter attributes, does someone here have a handy link to where I can see a chart?

My wiki reading & Google skills appear to be a tad crapy with this topic :P

Bloodlines used to affect starter attributes, but I don't think they do anymore.

If I am mistaken and they do, I know it is insignificant enough that it won't matter past the first few days of training.

You're correct, they don't anymore.

Back then race and bloodline really affected your attributes and you couldn't change/remap them either, meaning there where just 2 or 3 "viable" options. For combat you really had to be one of the Gallente and when Achura got introduced it was overpowered as hell (see thekiller8's RMR vid).

And rather than make the choice at least have some meaning they completely wiped out any differences and made everything equal, while from a balance pov that makes sense it kinda removes any sort of consequence or flavour, if you will. Then they toyed around with the starting skills and now even that is lowered to, at best, a few hours of skills difference. So any info you may read about differences in starting attributes, skills or whatever; that's old info.

I'm not sure if this is the video you were talking about, but if it is, it's hilarious. Definitely a favorite of mine.

Choices and consequences are moot when there is only one clearly superior choice. If anything the current system gives you much more viable choices than pre-Apocrypha.

I forgot about that vid. I wish someone would do an equally crappy (brilliant) update!

That video is part of the reason that while everyone else is going FOTM with Archons, I'm still rockin' the Thanatos.

(Because, lets be serious here folks, the Thanatos is king).

That video is hilarious. Brought back memories of how bad drones really were back then, how they would attack friendlies. Haven't had them do that in years. The Thanatos was hilarious, so was the docking up when the bad guy went into system, lol.
