Capacitor Management V

Cybernetics V (optional but I would really like this)

Gallente Cruiser V (optional but I would really like this)

The level IV skills are optional on a case-by-case basis which can be discussed. I know these demands are very specific and no character will be able to adhere to JUST these skills, which I don't mind, and we can discuss prices of the other skills. Also, a decent name is required, I'm no fan of leetspeek names or random numbers.
