Bulkhead + Damage Control might have helped some on the Orca, but if someone is intent on a gank, they will get it done.

I dunno whats up with it. I can load normal streaming fine, but when it comes to twitch its so slow.

…and ”helped some” in this case would have meant lasting 4× as long.

Next time someone in the fleet should pack a scram.
