I was trying to update my Aura app with both my characters when I found that in EVE support / API Key Management, Kora one of 2 characters, was not in the drop down list, so there for I am unable to request a new API as it stands I can not get any info of this avatar for the purpose of send to 3rd party systems.
Can anyone help

Try making a new key and make sure character 'all' setting is there, not character '*name*' in the drop-down. Alternatively use a specific key for each char on the account as opposed to all chars in one.
