(ccp insists on having all the worst settings for the default overview) There's at least one fleet, their FC has called a primary target and the fleet is shooting at it. http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Overview_Setup This is an excellent tutorial for setting up a better overview, you should do it as soon as you can.
