Say I want to farm a certain module, is there a way to find out the best place to get it to drop, like a site with Eve loot tables or do none exist? Do different level meta items drop in certain level missions or sites in low/null?

Depends on what the item in question is. No one is going to bother doing extensive research on where crap loot drops, but most high meta level item drop locations are generally known.

I just want to know if there is a site that has the different enemies and what they potentionally drop. Do all meta items drop everywhere randomly or do higher meta items drop in higher mission/sites?
