Corporate Standings Not Always Updating After 7 Downtime Boosting Period

Is there a reason why after 7 downtimes corporate standings boosting for POS deployment don't always update?

I have noticed that after boosting a corporation for WELL over 7 downtimes the corporate standings still appear to all be neutral. I have asked around and people are saying that it is a bug that sometimes happens that causes the standings to not update. They say that after the 7 downtimes the corporation will have the expected standings despite them not being updated in the standings tab and will be able to anchor POS(es). It last happened to me before Rubicon deployed so I have no information on whether the issue still persists as of yet.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Is CCP aware of it at all? As I run a corporate boosting service it is not good for business when clients have waited over a week and see zero standings and I have, up until this point, had ZERO clue on what might have gone wrong. I am walking on egg shells in the fear that someone will pay me to boost their corp or make them one and afterwards standings will appear to not be present or simply not be present at all.

Had the same issue before - its fixed by clearing the Cache on your client. The standings are updated after the 7th DT it just doesn't always show.
