With Rubicon, warp acceleration changes are now based on warp speed.

Therefor hyperspatial velocity optimizer rigs are more important now then before.

The current drawback of fitting such rigs are a negative hit on the ship's CPU total.

I want to see the fitting such rigs at the expense of armour amount.

Reason:

All other rigs in the Astronautic Rigs group show drawbacks to armour amount to when fitting them.

There are far too many armor tanked small ships. They should all be shield buffed.

I was also baffled when i tried fitting these and had to actually deal with the fittings rather than ehp, but after all, the bonus is powerful, and thus the fitting penalty is adequate imo.

Compromisses.

Funny you should mention that: I'd like to see all rigs have fitting penalties. It'd be nice to have a highly tangible reason to take those things all the way to 5.

Or maybe I'm just bittervetting now; hard to say.
