But what if you could co-pilot a ship? (actually a cool idea)

That would be pretty cool. Finally a possibility for SOMEONE ELSE to fraps the fight in high detail while the other gun monkey gets to run his warez at low-quality, and if god forbid he encounters problems, the co-pilot could step in (if he has been granted permissions for such). So perhaps you'll grant your co-pilot the ability to target ships for you, or you'll grant him the ability to navigate for you, or maybe even activate guns for you, overload, switch ammo, full control?
Who cares, it'd be awesome to have the possibility, besides, double pod kill, nice.
This might even require a module, but not necessarily, this would also open up a new market for a destroyer or cruiser (preferably destroyer, since destroyers aren't used enough, not to mention how awesome it would be for passengers to see the bus driver r!ape a dramiel on the way to school) sized vessel that can carry like 5 pods but can align and accelerate quite fast, better make it expensive - and yellow in color.

Thats what they wanted when they introduced clone vat bays in cap ships with ship hangers
