Player Features and Ideas Discussion

Im sure im not the only person here who doesnt take the time to memorize what every NPC name means ship wise and since CCP seems to want to use the same icon for battle cruisers and cruisers and the same icon for frigates and destroyers. So my idea is a simple one that can greatly increase ship recognition by the icon they have and would take CCP maybe 5 minutes to implement it. How about using the cross for a frigate and rotating the icon 90 degrees as an X for a destroyer. Same goes with a cross for cruiser and an X for battlecruiser. How is it that after all these years CCP has neglected to improve a simple icon for ships?
