Hello, I already done it 1 time (fully) but I want continue to do that for upgrade my standing Caldari.
But this Agent ( Yrmek Penola) REFUSED to give me the mission after 'Need a Lift'.

There is a limitation per day? It's bugged? I do it wrong?

Since you've already completed the full circle of agents once before there's no need to do them again. The Faction standing increase is only gained the first time from one agent, that's it.

As for the agents not offering any more missions after a while, I had asked about that in a petition to GM's back when I was first creating that Evelopedia page in July 2010. Basically I was told that as long as the Corporation standing is low, the Circle Agents will continue offering missions for corp standing gain up to a certain level. I'm not sure but I think they said up to +1.00 corp standing.

Personally, I think it's a bug and a good excuse to use as an explanation. Back when I first started playing this game over 5 yrs ago, those agents would always offer missions. Anyway, at the time it was taking way too long going round and round with GM's about it so that's why I added this to the initial description on that page :

Ok, I really understand we can farm it for upgrade standing, now i'll interrest me to the other agents of the plan and lose my time stupidly for increase 0,02 of Caldari standing --"

Thanks a lot of your answer, do you have good advice for speedly upgrade Caldari standing?

tags + cosmos. Tags shoudl biring you high enough to allow you to do the first cosmos missions, which in turn will give you access to other datacenters, and then new cosmos, and so on. I went fron 0 to 7.2 in caldari standings not running any regular mission.

As was stated above, the Data Center Agent missions is the easiest and quickest way to gain Faction standing.

However, don't dismiss the low level Event Agents. The amount of Faction standing increase gained from them is actually quite sizable when it's applied towards negative standings.

Course it would be helpful to know what your standings actually are.
