Right click your capacitor, click eject from ship, right click your capacitor on the pod, click self destruct.

Then go to recruitment and join a wh corp, if you're interested in wormholes.

Also, how did you get stuck, if you were 'scanning'?

I'd also like to know how you got stuck. If you scanned your way in, you should be able to scan your way out. Also, for next time, as soon as you jump into a wormhole, make sure you immediately bookmark the hole on the other side so you can get back out. Basic WH 101.

I will keep an eye out for your hole as I am a newb myself and can understand the growing pains. However, you are stuck in a class 3 with a high-sec static and I rarely get class 3 holes in the hole that I live in.

Unless you want to spend weeks in there better self destruct.

If you see any signs of life on DScan, ask in local.

You'll either be helped or shot down, both of which sound like more fun than self destructing.

Thanks for the posts, I was about to self destruct when I saw a venture on dscan and asked in local for the exit, which he gave. I lost my scan ship to a POS by not hitting cloak. Note to self and others always check its glowing green while entering warp as you can get decloaked by the wormhole if you pass it.

Silly mistake, that even the most experience WH'ers STILL make. Don't sweat it, just be more careful next time.
