thank for post but it's not my style to play with drones and the char have lacks to tank ( my opinion ) .

I see you asked for min 4m+ in shield skills, im at 3.5m, but without 5'ing the resist ones or hitting the cap shield skill, that's pretty much as good as it gets.

Is a great tengu and falcon pilot and can fly Marauders ,, i trained them when i had caldari bs 5, then a certain podding clone incident happened = fail
Marauders is at 4 though, so all is well :)

Pure minmatar focus, all t2 guns and most t2 ships can fly!
also has great missiles and training for tengu, just nees ship skills.
