Still got issues.


Was just in-game and got a black screen and Eve locked up.

Status on launch page shows game ready to play but frozen and not easy to close. So might be I have a separate issue.

Give me a chance chap, gotta gather some funds, get to a station (an actual one with trains and all) to do a pickup, cook dinner - then settle up for an evening of funsies :)

[edit] Besides, having sent 2 of 3 (getting error on 3rd corp name, odd) it takes 24 hours to go live. Apparently. Yay for an excuse to play with the wardec system ;)

lol, "lul fail wardeccing" I dont understand what you mean bud, I only was being impaitent for the action to begin with the tears from the whiners, good for me, you win some you lose some, I was actually afk at the time sat at the gate after decloaking, BACON was ready tis more important, I'm dissappointed if you actually looked further down you would have found a fruitier 300m indy in there juicy she was, commendments to the suicider again I was semi afking it so my bad. I've tried ganking before was boring and tedious to me not much challenge, I dont care for my loses like I said you win some you lose some, its only fair having tht I have suicided people before ;)

I too noticed what appears to be "Missing SP" on all 4 of my accounts.

The SP that is missing for each character is in the skill tree that was training before the maintenance. It seems the Total SP is not counting the currently accrued SP in an incomplete skill. But the skill is still training normally at the same level. So it seems its just a display error until the skill finishes the current level.

Example

Evemon Reports 6,263,528 in navigation
In game Reports 5,758,621 in navigation

For a difference of 504,907 SP

The skill I was training during the maintenance was Jump Drive Calibration to 5.
The difference is approx what I have into level 5 so far,

PAUSING AND RESTARTING THE SKILL WILL FIX THE DISPLAY ERROR!

Again this appears to just be a display error but I could be wrong.

I have played many MMOs and EVE IMHO is the best. I think even with this emergency downtime today CCP tries very hard for us the players, I have only been subed for 30 days so to show that I for one have complete and utter faith in CCP have just subbed for another 90 days, so thank you CCP

can someone please confirm - is EVE running atm? I am still getting "server is offline" screen when I start EVE.

Terrific, thanks for that, at least I know that I might be able to get on if I start fiddling with files and launchers. I knew I should have invested in a second laptop, double my chance of logging in.

Edit: as a happy ending, the exefile.exe file in the /bin folder just let me log in fine.

So after the massive devastation and upset caused by yesterday's extended downtime. I feel as thought CCP needs to step up and dish out compensatory SP. I think 250,000 should suffice - per account.
