Thank you for your input mister Sorjat. The points you bring up are beyond the current intent or missive of DIRSI, but I'll reply to them.

As for the Angel Project, I shall look into it. The workload is a bit high at this time but once I have the time I shall certainly see what options for pooling resources are available.

I find it hard to believe that all capsuleers would turn on the navies and Empires. There will always be those who will support and protect them. Should this come to pass (and I will be terrified if it does) DIRSI stance will be to care for the non-millitary people and support and protect them to the fullest of its abilities. I am aware that this is not the answer you might be looking for. Should you wish to know if DIRSI supports of opposes those capsuleers, DIRSI would oppose them.

DIRSI will not take a stance regarding the ownership and/or deployment of capital class warships within Empire space. Current technologies already prevent parts of empire space from their deployment. This brings me to your second point. CONCORD has no real ownership. The Empires wants or allows (depending on your views) CONCORD to operate within parts of their space. Should the Empires wish to expand the operational area of CONCORD within their space, it comes down the the reasoning. If it is to provide more protection for the people living within their borders and to allow their life standard to rise, DIRSI would applaud and support it. If it would be to be able to expand their territory at the expense of the territory of others DIRSI would resent it. However these are clearly intergalactic politics and DIRSI does not wish to participate in this.

DIRSI considers the parts of space that have been claimed by capsuleers to be way out of it's operational area and scope.

if you really want this to work, buff up a reimbursement plan for equipment. Also, PANDORA would be good to use for organizing consistent, round the clock training people can jump in on. Also, use the fluid router voice systems, it really helps keep new ones in the loop and makes it easier to help them catch up.

After driveling nonsense and searching the wrong places, i finally found my real cause. To stand aside with Concord, take control over bad doers, and eliminate all that opposes Concord law with aggressive action. Even though my stand against the Amarrian people is strong, I will still support them in a act of need.

Direct Support Initiative is a corporation for capsuleers who want to do the right thing for New Eden. Maintain peace at a intergalactic level and support capsuleers who are in need of assistance.

So long as you maintain that stated neutrality, this appears to be an excellent initiative. Aid work is often needed of late and it is reassuring to see individuals such as yourselves stepping forward to help those most in need.

I have the names of a few contacts in both the FN aid department and a chapter of the SOE who I'm sure you'd like to liaison with in future aid efforts. Forward me a request if you'd like.

Good luck.

I'm sure we will get into contact as soon as we get fully set up fellow capsuleer!

I plan to have a first aid package ready within the next couple of days mister Striker.

And rest assured I will do my outmost to maintain the stated neutrality. Just because it's hard doesn't mean it's not a worthy cause. Several projects are comming along nicely so I expect to make several broadcasts on the progress soon.

Thank you for your support mister Kan,

Currently we prefer to receive goods over money. It is preferred to receive the goods in our HQ in Yulai, however any high-security system with high-security acces will do. You can also create a contract to me.

I applaud your efforts to bolster the rather lacking humanitarian network of New Eden. I am however surprised that you chose CONCORD as opposed say the SOE for your primary affiliation. If I may ask what was the founding reason behind doing this in the name of CONCORD?

Yeah I'm curious about this too, I'm not at all convinced that CONCORD is a respectable conduit for humanitarian efforts.

I am glad to see an organization with a humanitarian conscious. I wish you well in your endeavor. You also may be able to find some assistance, or support by contacting the Synenose Accord Liaison as well, as some of our objectives are mutual. Once again fly safe!

I am aware that the decision for CONCORD instead of the Sisters of Eve seems strange. However DIRSI is not a solely humanitarian organisation. DIRSI will also keep an eye out for any major developments within the Empires. Some recent examples are the hunt for capturing Tibus Heth and the Incursion of Republic Fleet ships into the Gallente Federation to take the shooter of Karin Midular into Minmatar Custody.

The participation in such events and the stated neutral political stance means that CONCORD was a more suitable organisation. However I don't believe that CONCORD and the Sisters of Eve are mutually exclusive.
