I have no issues whatsoever with running 9 accounts + FFXIV on my 8 gig machine, for usually 23 hours a day. Are you sure it's an EVE issue?
pretty sure...

symptoms
1. only happened after patch
2. only happens when running EvE
3 message pops up asking to close CCPexe file to release memory because the system is low on memory.
4. closing launcher helps sometimes

well, launcher says TQ is offline, but, one account is logged in at the moment, so evidently TQ is in fact online.
