For what he/she/it has done pledging up to a trillion ISK to the PLEX for Good drive, I request that CCP introduce some form of in-game monument, or allow our favorite Citizen to have some other honor such as being able to name a planet or station in a busy system (a Sisters of EVE related system would make sense).

the act itself should be recognition enough.. if you feel they deserve more you should take it upon yourself to put up something of your own and name it. don't cheapen it by requesting fanfare and fireworks.. what about the people who couldn't afford plex but donated what isk they could? where is their station or monument?

I just feel there is something incredible about donating a trillion ISK, and in doing so inspiring many, many others to donate larger amounts than they otherwise would have.

I was planning to throw in three PLEX that I could comfortably afford, but this double up has me liquidating assets to try to manage enough to buy six.

Renaming a SoE Food Relief agent would seem to be the most appropiate monument.

What they are doing is very admirable but I don't feel it deserves a permanent statue dedicated to them simply because they donated money to charity. People donate money to charity all they time and receive no reward or recognition for it, why should it be any different because one person is richer than everyone else?

I vote for renaming some Native Freshfood agent to Mr. or Mrs. Soylent Green.

He should get a tax deduction for his donation.

The Empires should look into it.

I propose naming a system after him. Maybe even a big trade hub.

You can name a secure cargo container after him.

Who put the goat in there?

Yes. A dead end system. Named Conclusions. With no gate out.

I don see why, i mean, if there were more people who HAVE/HAD more than a trillion isk to spend, then perhaps they would have donated this too.
The key is, DID you donate, not how much, cause that is dependent on how much you actually CAN spend.

A trillion for this chap, could be like a billion for me or even 100 million for someone else.

Well it looks like some nay sayers aren't getting the value here.

1 Trillion ISK represents time, since it takes loads of it to attain that kind of in game wealth, as well as around 28 thousand RL dollars if Plex was exchanged for ISK.

Eve is about making a lasting mark in a game. If a player has the generosity to donate that much, they should certainly have a memorable mark in this game, even if it's a silly question, like "Hey, you donated a great deal, what can we do for you?" If it's reasonable, you make it work! Just ask him, what he wants? He may have just wanted to help, and that was enough!

But, to think all donations are the same, is foolish. ISK is time!
