New Skill - Remote Reprocessing

We have skills that allow us to sell, buy and produce items remotely.

I'd like to see a skill that would allow me to reprocess the loot etc I have sitting round in remote stations.

It would work in exactly the same way as, say Marketing

Level 1: Reprocess items within the same solar system
Level 2: Within 5 jumps
and so on.
