WTB 0.0 rent for mining operation

I am interested in buying some sort of mining pass for 0.0 mining operation. I've got a small fleet going and would like to improve my income by mining ABC ores in null sec region. We can agree on fixed price or minerals percentage it's all the same to me. I would want to be either invited to corp/alliance or set to blue. Anyone interested in such business?
