The newly released bastion module that came out for the maurader ships should not cause any flags to be raised that would prevent docking. The module is a defense boost only module that has zero offensive capabilities against other capsuleers. Please remove the flagging. It makes no sense to flag a ship that is in a defensive posture and means no harm.

The ship emits harmful radiation while in Bastion mode.

It has a Weapons Timer to prevent docking games and force you to commit to an engagement.

An electronic interface designed to augment and enhance a marauder's siege abilities. Through a series of electromagnetic polarity field shifts, the bastion module diverts energy from the ship's propulsion and warp systems to lend additional power to its defensive capabilities.
This results in a greatly increased rate of defensive self-sustenance and a boost to the ship's overall damage resistances. It also extends the reach of all the vessel's weapon systems, allowing it to engage targets at farther ranges. Due to the ionic field created by the bastion module, all remote effects - from friend or foe both - will not affect the ship while in bastion mode.

Sounds like an offensive boost to me.

or is the reason you are bitching the fact that you started a fight you couldnt win then couldnt dock up in time and they murdered you?

I would like to thank all those that gave positive feedback to my question. It clears things up a lot and I reverse my concers to the flagging. As for Tasiv Deka, BITE ME!! You should follow up on Crazy Dave's recommendation. It could help you look not as ignorant.
