Cobalt Academy is currently enrolling new candidates in our specialized training program.

Are you a newer pilot trying to find a path to enjoyment?

Are you an old bittervet that wants a new start?

Perhaps you want some help with a new aspect of the game?

Cobalt Academy has the instructors, experience, and support, to make Eve as fun and worthwhile as you need to continue playing internet spaceships. Our instructors can guide you in a variety of aspects and career paths in an easygoing environment. We offer a limited ship replacement plan for PvP.

Enrollment requirements are not skill based, we only require you to have been in game 21 days minimum.

A word from the Academy leader, Safrador Gulken:

"Since we opened our doors in 2011 we have offered new pilots their initial experiences in EVE. We have alumni in many far-flung corporations in EVE, many of whom stay in touch and continue to refer fondly to their first days in EVE."

Our key tenets are:

1. Learn by doing.
2. Learn more by asking questions.
3. Behave honorably.

Before Cobalt, I had done low sec, null sec, high sec, mining, missioning, pirate pvp, fleet pvp, and I have never learned so much as I have in the past year. Join Cobalt, exlore your game.

Our current lead scout is a crazy som'*****, but he never fails to lay down his life to secure a kill. He can teach more about scouting and tackle than most pilots with five times his time in game. Join Cobalt Academy, see the galaxy, and shoot most of it.

In my opinion, Maulus is an amazing ship. It's effectiveness vastly greater than it's price tag or the skills needed to fly it. Join Cobalt Academy and see a new way to view frigates.

Academy is shut down. It was an excellent ride but we've merged with other like-minded groups in Null Sec now.
