Laser Focusing Crystals Blueprint. Couldnt find any NPC order

So here`s the question - what NPC corporation sells them, or where can i find one? Don`t want to buy it from players, cause it`s price seems too high for me. I want to get my own. So where i can do this?

IIRC, Carthum Conglomerate, Viziam, and Khanid Innovation all sell them. Just go to Amarr space, shouldn't be hard to find them after that.

T2 component BPOs and many others are seeded at specific factions and corps stations only.
For example eve-central can be used to find out the npc stations.

If you haven't found yours yet, eve-marketdata.com has information on buyers/sellers. For example: laser focusing crystal blueprint. The red "NPC" text between the "remaining" and "price" columns indicates an NPC merchant.
