In a 1 vs 1 fght where the agressor is flying an Assault Frigate and the other using a t1 battleship fitted with t2 mods, can an AF kill a BS? The bs was a geddon and the Af was a gallente . If not, how would that happen.? Gm or Dev response is welcomed. Enjoy the Thanksgiving Holidays!!

It would all depend on fittings really.. but it can be done.

For starters, an assault frigate, being a tough beastie already, can easily get 'under the guns' of a battleship, making that BS unable to track the frigate zooming around him. Then using something like a NOS or Energy neut, drain his capacitor, making him unable to use reppers and the like, before your guns slooowly tear him apart.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

Anyway, if the AF pilot's on the ball with killing the battleship's drones, and the battleship doesn't have at least a scram or a web, I'd put my money on the AF winning.

I have once seen a youtube video of a Merlin killing a Dominix.

Granted, the Domi was mission running fitted, the whole thing lasted half an hour or so and the Merlin needed an Alt to bring in more ammo but still awesome.

if the battleship is shield tanking and has a shield booster then the frig has no chance at causing enough dps ever. if the battleship is armor tanking and using an armor reparior then the frig has no chance at causing enough dps ever. otherwise it is posible.

A T1 frigate can kill a T2 fitted battleship under the right circumstances.

Simple answer is yes..

butit is all based on the fitting of both ships and the skill of the pilots..

I almost solo'd a Navy Scorp in my ranis once a while back.. was on him for about 10-15min solo.. then a couple of blues happened to come past and finished the job..

While I was sad that I didnt get the hero solo.. was glad that the fight was over =D

I just turned into an egg, did I level up? I spent an hour trying to salvage a wreck, when in local a guy said "Stop it, this is my Tempest, I was AFK"
