[idea] how to make Ship-Insurance a better feature

why not split Ship-Insurance into 3 possible Contract types:

-PvE
This would cover all losses from all npc's (excluding concord)

this could be allowed to have a high payout low cost so new players can cope more easily with their losses and encourage non experienced players to trie more risky stuff.

-PvP
This would cover all losses from other players or their structures.

this could be allowed to have a little bit better payout/cost ratio than the now existing insurance and possibly have positive influence on the amount of pvp

-Overall
This would cover all losses despite surce (including concord)

the choice for paranoid people and suicide gankers
this would be about the cost/payout we now have

i think this would make insurance a better feature than the near meaningless crap we have now.
and it wouldnt cost ccp not much time to implement it.

Previous thread with very similar ideas. Second result after this thread if you search this forum for "insurance".

I'm not going to retype everything said in that thread here, read the replies then think very hard about what you're suggesting.
