Should have the following:

- Excellent support skills
- Great ECM skills
- Hybrids V
- T2 Sentries/Heavies
- Missiles ~8+kk (ie all level V up to and including BS level)
- Shield and armor tanking V
- Caldari/Gallente subcaps to V
- Be able to fly at least one cap

Would like :

- Good Minmatar skills

can use any maurauder, t2/t3 cruiser and has a bunch of skills at V for them (ceptors V Cov Ops V)
