Looking for a low SP character that can probe and vaccuum up the loot/salvage when i run missions.

Doesnt have to be able to fly a covy / noctis - as i've only recently started this character and dont mind finishing the training myself. But definately needs to be able to jump into a destroyer or frig to scan/salvage/hack.

Budget is 1-2 bil.
