[UI] [Bug] Corp Votes UI

Just when I thought the corp votes part of the UI couldn't get any worse, someone at CCP has proven me wrong. One doesn't have to deal with this section of the UI often, but the latest change to this section is very very bad. I'm glad to see that there's someone there finally working on this section of the UI though, and I hope you're listening.

Before, when one was going to vote on 10000 blueprint lockdown votes, when one expanded the voting tab, you'd be able to easily see if you had already voted on an issue, because the voting buttons wouldn't be there anymore, and it would show your vote. Now, the buttons show up, whether you've voted or not, and when you click on them, a pop up shows up, telling you you've already voted on the issue wasting lots of clicks.

The biggest problem with this section of the UI is when doing a lot of votes, say for moving a lot of blueprints from one station to the other, is keeping your place on the voting menu. After you click on a vote, the screen refreshes, the page scrolls randomly up or down a bit, and the expanded vote closes. It would be easier to keep one's place if there were more details in the header of each vote. Perhaps adding the seconds to the time section, since one can easily have 10+ lockdown votes created in the same minute. An even better fix would be for the open votes that one has already voted on would go to another tab. A super awesome fix would be for us to be able to do multiple lockdowns/unlocks at the same time.

But please, PLEASE make it so that we can lock/unlock 50+ blueprints before DT P
