After your exceptionally poor posts and abrasive attitude I wouldn't be surprised if you see more concerned New Eden citizens paying attention to your activities.

If your friend was ganked in a 0.6 system, that is his fault. His ship shouldn't have been worth ganking. Also, not everyone who engages in pvp is a "pirate".

You don't need to be a Low-sec pirate to gank, scam, etc. Anyone can do so without having ever left High-sec to begin with.

Regardless of why Low-sec players enter High-sec, they're subject to the same rules of engagement as any others, and if they're of low security status, as would be the case with pirates who gank, they have the NPC empire police chasing them everywhere annoyingly. Even for them, attacking you in High requires A. Accepting Concordoken, B. Duel, C. Awox (aka join your corp and then backstab), or D. Using aggression mechanics like yellow cans/wrecks to make you shootable or get you to shoot them first (see Ninja Looters for the latter). If they have a low enough security status to get them chased, you can legally attack them at any time, but this allows them to fight back in self defense, and destroy you if their ship and skills are better.

While Low-sec sites escalating into High-sec rather than into another Low-sec is interesting, it's probably an oversight from copying High's exploration sites into Low. These will likely be fixed in a later patch so that Low escalations will stay in systems <0.5, so the rewards go up in value from being in the more dangerous space. Or it may be left there as it doesn't really hurt anybody.

Not all highsec players are self entitled spoilt whining windbags, so I don't think there's any danger of PLEX hitting 10 billion anytime soon, well not unless Mynnna is currently doing a Scrooge McDuck with filthy piles of it. You also need to take into account that a lot of nullsec players have highsec alts for the purposes of industry and trade, primarily because highsec has an enviable industrial capacity and all the major trade hubs.

TBH Eve doesn't need players like that, it needs, and deserves a far better class of carebear.
